As for Victim/Defendant rights. 1DE is correct (and others that said what he did). But did folks know that facing your accuser is not always a guaranteed thing? Did people know that anyone can call up Child Protective Services and make accusations against people with NO proof, and without even identifying themselves, and CPS can turn a household upside down (and say they are required by LAW to do so) because of that accusation? And did you know that this can happen time and again? And if YOU are the one being accused of things, you can not face the person who accused you.
Simply put, if you are going to accuse someone of something, be prepared to back that up AND have your name known.
