ive emailed, called several times, and left 2 voicemails that have gone unanswered. I dont mind a wait for things, as long as someone keeps me apprised of the situation.

SHip it back on your dime with a note stating that you expect to have your card credited for the shipping you are laying out.

Upon receipt of the correct item, ensure they did credit you or dispute the original charge. When they receive the chargeback form, they will be forced to deal with it.

well, I got an email back from topgeek today. they said that they can do 1 of 2 things.

1) send me a rip drive and i can install myself (and i get a free halo bag)

2) return halo to them, and they send one out with rip drive.

i opted for number 1. i like taking things apart
