did you update a few times? sometimes (i think not sure) it might update, but not to the newest. Keep hitting update till it wont update anymore.

Post your problem, and state that you have already done spybot, cwshredder, adaware (all with updates)
Run the Hijack This program again, then post your list...
To get the list you are going to have to type it all out by hand...
Kidding, after you click the scan button, and it finishes, it will turn into a save log button. Just click that and it will ask you a destination. Put it in an easily accessible location, that you will remember. It saves as a notepad document, so a simple copy and paste into your post and your set.
Inform them with you basic computer experience (tell them what your experience is with deleting programs, editing your registry, starting in safe mode, etc...)
I had some problems a while ago with viruses and etc... I wish I could remember the website I used, but this one is very similar.
