    What car should I buy?

    What car should I buy for around $6000-7000?

    The main things im looking for are performance and reliability, and it must be manual .

      1991-1992 Z28 305 5spd
      You might be able to get a 350 auto with that budget, and put in a t56 6spd.

                                      Ditto on the Jeep. Any I6 Wrangler or Cherokee, both built like rocks.
