Grandma gets pepper sprayed and tasered!

Now I have heard it all. A blind grandma got pepper sprayed and tasered by the Portland police. She was hit sho hard, her fake eye ball popped out!

Something doesn't...jive. A police officer walks up, says "who are you", then punches a 71-year old woman in the head?

But I still agree what happened, assuming its true, was excessive. The city settled because there was enough of a chance of a decision against the city, not because of the merits of the case.
