Grandma gets pepper sprayed and tasered!

Now I have heard it all. A blind grandma got pepper sprayed and tasered by the Portland police. She was hit sho hard, her fake eye ball popped out! :eek:

But I still agree what happened, assuming its true, was excessive. The city settled because there was enough of a chance of a decision against the city, not because of the merits of the case.

She's blind so the law doesn't apply to her? She should be charged with assaulting an officer the same as I would be if I kicked an officer. We don't have the whole story, i'm sure there was a reason she was tazered, she is just playing the helpless old blind women card.
