thanks for all the help guys...
i'll try and reply to everyone...
jefbarn/miscue- setting the memory timing? i've never had to do that before, so what should i set it to? and what will happen if the timing i set it to isn't good either?
curly- i installed the latest nvidia last night and it rebooted afterwards lol
fixion- thanks, i just turned off auto restart...although wouldn't there have been some sort of error report after rebooting, telling me what happened?
so on my compy back at college, which has 400FSB...if i got three DIMMs of pc3200, each would only run at (400/3=)133? not that i plan on getting another DIMM, i am just curious.
so the errors with explorer, iexplorer, and rebooting can all be attributed to memory timing being a little off?

I have no real advice, I just thought I'd support CyberPower, as they kick butt

Ok, in all seriousness, if you are worried about doing anything, send it back to CP. They will fix it.
