you shouldn't reject the only candidate who might help the country.

Wait...didn't Nader design the Pacer? Anyone that designs something so hideous has no right to run this country. Come on, that has to qualify as a crime against humanity.

I like nader. He really seams like he wants to help the U.S. not just himself.

Met him a year ago June. He isn't exactly the most photogenic guy, but you are right in that he doesn't seek personal glory in this, he wants to help the US.

His way though. I believe Bush and Kerry both want the US to be a better place too. It is all a matter of perspective. From my vantage point, Nadar might as well have Michael Moore as his running mate.

I honestly don't, I think that both Bush and Kerry are wrapped up in politics. Maybe they "have to be" but I like George Washington's idea of keeping the President above politics.

Nadar is in no way above politics. He's using judicial activism to try to force his way around the laws of the land.

Just the same old liberal, in a much uglier box.

Of course, Rooster knows all this, but can't prove anything.

It is pretty obvious what Nader is doing, and judicial activism is the right word for it. In the instance of challenging the Texas law.

But I think he is right to do so. Democracy cannot be allowed to become a tyranny of the majority. Why should political parties have an easier time getting their candidates on the ballot than independents? That does amount to discrimination, from where I am sitting. In order for democracy t work, we have to encourage free speech, and maximum participation.
