Also, I just got the new issue of 1st Freedom (NRA rag) and the big story was that this years NRA convention in Pittsburgh was the largest in history drawing in most than 60,000 people. It looks like people are not sitting still anymore.

I have no clue how gay rights activists have anything to do with guns. What does CCW stand for?

CCW = Concealed Carry Weapon.

Basically it's the piece of paper the gubment gives you that allows me to carry my weapon hidden on my person somewhere.

My point about the gay rights activists attempting to force one state to recognise the laws of another through gay marriages, sets a precedence for the CCW to be recognised across state lines. Which at this point it is not.

Reciprocity would be a HUGE gain for gun freedoms in this country.

Because what is good for the protection and definition of your rights is good for mine as well, even though those rights may be very different.

Umm.. just for the record, Im not using the terms your and mine to mean necessarily you personally - I hope you get the idea there and are not offended if you would consider this offensive.
