90 in a 55 at IAO.

I got lucky he didn't give he a reckless or careless, after chasing me for 3+ miles he knew I was going well over 90, the speed he clocked me at. I passed him, didn't see him, and was accelerating. I was up over 100 mph for a while, then slowed down because I saw another cop, which is when he caught up. I think if I hadn't slowed down I woulda got away, because I was only 1/4mi from the IAO fairgrounds.

But since its out-of-state for me itsonly 2 pts, and a $200 ticket. I'll live.

I was heading on 78 west here in Jersey and a thunderbird flies up past me on the left... Well if someone is flying, I'm gonna follow. Get up behind him and we are doing just about 95 when here come the lights in the mirror.... I was dead... pulls up right behind me....

So i start to put my blinker on to pull to the right when he jerks the cruiser over into the next lane, punches it in front of me, and cuts in front to nab the thnderbird... I immediately stopped the car, put it in reverse and went and picked up my heart .... needless to say i didn't follow behind speeders for at least a week.

Well without getting to involed with the story basiclly everthing I'm about to write down was over a 6gram bag of pot or a quarter bag for all you potheads out there.

All of these are felonies:

Possesion with intent to sell or distribute
Selling and delivering
Conspircy to sell or distribute with Mr. X
Conspircy to sell or distribute with Mr. Y

But just when you thought all hope was lost I get it busted down to a to a plea deal

1 misdemeanor possesion of less than a half ounc= 1 year probation 24 hours community service 1200 fine 2500 lawyer fee Price of being free with no felonies priceless


also after a year it disappears from my record

You need to catch up on juvenile law man. 7 grams is a quarter, and you cannot be convicted of a felony as a minor. Can't even be arrested, it's called detained. I forget what it's called when convicted, something like your case was found true or something. You didn't really have any felonies anyway unless you have over an oz.

2nd, is you never, under any circumstance, take a plea deal.

I got a ticket for smoking a cigarette downtown on 4th of july when me and my friends were watching the firewroks. Thats sucked had to tell my parents I smoked. And I almost got arrested for peeing on a church. I've got cought drinking publicly many times but the cop never does anything but make us pour out our drink and move.

Vandalism and then running from the cops. but that got dropped after talking to a judge, and saying I wouldn't graffiti again. heh, since then they haven't caught me again

Me and my friends have had 2 code 3's called on us for playing airsoft in my neighborhood. (Just so you know, if any of you guys remember the bank robbery in LA when the guys came out firing with ak's, that was a code 3). So 8 squad cars later, we were off playing again.


The airsoft guns we were using were sick too. there was a g36c, mp5a4 with scope. a bunch of rifles and pistols.

What's a plea deal, and why not?

Cause all they try to do is for you to admit your wrong and f you the best they can. A friends pops of mine just got his case dismissed but they were tryin for a plea deal.

Eluding the police.

Luckily I had a slick talking lawyer that got the wreckless charge reduced and the elusion revoked. 750 dollars later... :\

Though my friends and I almost got caught, once, for vandalizing the city of Lexington. Good times, good times...

Damn i must be lucky. I've been caught doin 155, aproximately, my speedometer numbers stop at 140 but the needle keeps goin and stops at around 150. I passed a cop on the freeway that I never saw. He chased after me for about 5 minutes he said. Even a helicopter flew over after I was stopped (I think it was for me but not sure). I was drunk and the cop gave me 6 tests that I passed somehow. When I was driving I tipped my head back to take another swig and thats when I saw the cop lights. By then I was only doin about 70 cuz the freeway was ending. They never searched the car never saw the bottle and thot I was trying to elude them. I told them that If I was trying to elude them I probably would have eluded them. No way those slow *** cop cars can go faster than 155 and it would take them forever to do it anyway. He gave me a ticket for 95+ and sent me on my drunk *** way. Wasnt a bad night actually. Kind of fun. Wont do it again tho.

Nope, it's (whatever IT is) always illegal, you only get PUNISHED if you're caught.
I hate when people say stuff like this, especially cause people say it a lot in PB, "It's only cheating if I get caught". Bah. That's the attitude that keeps people cheating.
Whenever I break the law, speeding usually, I always announce that I have just commited a felony (going over 100 is a felony where I live, or so I've heard). Just 'cause I didn't get caught doesn't make it any less of a crime.
