Only had one problem with USPS and that was with using first class... Never again.

Always go Priority with Delivery Confirm. No problems with that one. If you have an online account with USPS and buy the postage and print out your lables with thier system Delivery Confirmation is free. And you can drop it in the regular mail no waiting at the desk...

I have that, its the best thing ever. People always give me a mean look, when I just go to the counter, drop the package off, walk out. My post office line is always out the door.

Ain't it cool? And you can order boxes and stuff for free and they deliver to your door too! Go USPS!!!!!

I too use USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Conformation, but bring them all in to mail them. It gets me out of the shop. LOL

Yes, I love the free shipping supplies you can get as well. My expense for boxes and stuff was really mounting up, but USPS saves me a LOAD of money by not having to buy my own boxes for shipping.

Yeah, I also use the online postage system and get the free supplies it's great It's nifty having all the little qewrky things they have behind the counter at the post office like Priority Mail tape rolls, Express mail labels... that kinda stuff lol.

Free boxes are the shiznit, nothin' better!

Don't think i'll be using First Class again however.

you can even pay for all that stuff via paypal now too. i still like ups, maybe im partial, but priority mail has yet to fail me. (knock on wood)

Usps

I shipped something last month via our great postal service. I had shipped two first class shipping because I wanted to have it there in under 3 days. Come to the fourth day and it had yet to arive at the guys house I called the the USPS help number and finaly got though to some one. The guy told me that it is not garaneteed service. So I proceed to chew him a new one I told him that if I new it was going to take a week to ship a check two states away I would have used a 37 cent stamp!!!! The guy hung up on me, great customer service I will NEVER sent anything USPS again!!!!

personally ive never seemed to have any luck with usps so I try never to use them. I stick to ups ground which seems to be 90% effective for me. Theres a few times it takes longer then quoted but hey cant win all the time.

And I about passed out seeing phil post...lol havent seen ya in forever. Get ahold of me when you can i want to talk to you about AOSE, thanks

I have not been posting much GA.... I have been going camping and riding a lot every weekend lately. So not on much on the weekends for the last month. I gotta get back on the AO day thing. Been too slack on finishing it up. Kinda watching how other events where going and not wanting to detract from them so laying low on it. Will do though.

I've had similar probles as well. I sent a package First Class to a city roughly 35 miles away and it took USPS 4 days to get there.

I asked the Post Office what could have happened to the package and they say that it can take up to 9-11 days.

But on the other had, I send a Priority Package clear across the country from California to New York and it gets there in 2 days!!! huh

I don't understand the logic or reasoning why the mail is just waiting somewhere just collecting dust in a bin waiting to get delivered. Why hold up the package? Wouldn't it just slow up the rest if it has to wait??

I must stand up for the glory of the USPS (Mainly since my dad is a letter carrier )

Ive had numerous problems with fedex, some with UPS. Fedex once delivered a $1000 LCD screen of mine to the wrong street, and evidently someone signed for it. I called the national fedex line and screamed bloody murder, they ended up sending the drivers back out to go recover the monitor and bring it to me.

Although i have been waiting on a money order from canada for 2 weeks now...
