Yeah thats an older pic of my 81 Z28 and the Mach 1. The 68 SS is actually a convertable Camaro. Me, my dad, and grandpa are currently restoring it so its in that barn thing you can partly see in the pic. I wish i had a chevelle, a 1970 rs/ss would kick arse. Although i am a chevy guy my drea car is a GT 500.

The arguemnt right now is actually about mustangs i believe and aas far as i can tell its between shartley and born. Lets hope that this thread doesnt become an arbuement between chevy and ford, thatd be pointless........CUS WE ALL KNOW CHEVY PAWNS FORD! JK JK Lets not start any stupid ford vs.chevy arguements though.

Ah yes.... I think you might be right.... and I think the one I was trying to recall was the Falcon Sprint. It was the precurser of the Mustang and got the 302 I think in it. Hurst shifter and all from the factory. Made for like a year and a half?

Anyway I think thats what I was thinking of.

Ok well after some research I could dig up a start of 1963 for the sprint and into 1965 for that model. And it was some of the early Mustang styling in those first couple. And I see a listing for various engines. 260, 289 and a 302. Not certain when and where or if they were options or not in what years.

Here is a 64 (i think) convertable Falcon Sprint.

I was referring to the 2nd Mustang concept which they named Mustang II when it debuted at some motorshow during the 1960's that inspired the production model 1964 Mustang. Concept, not production. The production Mustang II was just
