                          im assuming given that the dark glass is up (visor looking thing) that she is using the clear glass behind to stop sparks from the grinder. hot sparks in eyes are bad news.

                                              She should be wearing safety glasses or a face shield for grinding. What's the point of the welding mask if the lens is up, exposing her eyes to sparks and flying metal?

                                              And if she's welding, where is the fireproof jacket?

                                              Sorry, but if she's going to do it she should learn to do it correctly.

                                                  Jesus christ some of you guys are morons. First, like said before, she's grinding, using the clear plastic lense behind the dark shield to protect from sparks. And a fireproof jacket? Blah they're for wusses, or people who have no armhair.

                                                      So your an expert at doing it.. you've welded before I assume from the attitude of this post and must know that there is generally a clear shield behind that dark one.
