haha, i already contacted a recruiter. They also do river patrol.....3 rivers run through pittsburgh. They only have 4 spots open for reserve duty though.

No Mango, I was originally going to go into the service at 17, but my parents wouldnt sign. They know I'm going in eventually, its just when? I already to my ASVAB and did decently well. It's either i go next semester or next year. Coast Guard would help to pay for a new laptop. Yes, i DO need a computer, I use it for everything. The computer labs are nowhere near my dorm and are only open till a certain time.

You do not NEED one. Not having one is extremely inconvenient. We, in general, as Americans are often guilty of making convenience need, contributing to our unbalanced use of the worlds resources, and causing us to strive for too much in life holding us back from acumulating wealth. I do it too

It's all an excuse. Plain and simple. He'll do whatever he wants to do. Computers are not essential for college and he could do just fine without a laptop.

Yea, so my entire life was on that laptop. 100+ pages of notes, about 10 papers, all of my credit card information, prive information (social security number and such), all of my graphic work, over 3000 songs, programs I can never get back........... EVERYTHING.




When i find out who has it......its gonna be war. You will see it on CNN "WVU Student hangs his old roommate infront of Student Union"

always backup the text files such as papers and stuff you have, burn them to CD's, upload them online ect, just make sure you do that so your work isn't lost.
