I have to dis agree with you. At the time I was drinking a gallon of water a day and peeing every 10 minutes. Maybe too much water.

Believe me the last thing I am is dehydrated.
I try to kill a gallon a day. Hard to do.

hey you guys are lucky. when i drink too much caffiene i get vascular migraines. that really sucks, i cant see straight then i get pounding headaches and end up puking. i used to drink quite a bit till i started getting these headaches freshman year and found out why. the doctor told me they were vascular migraines that go through a vein by my eye and thats why i cant see well when i get them. all i know is it hurts like crazy.

I did that for a while too. Supposed to be really good for ya... but accompanied with frequent trips to the can... yep. :)

some people are adicted to caffine. Like my friend for example, he has to have his cafine or else he will get headaches and feel like crap all day long until he resupplies his body with caffine. He drinks like 6 bottles of Cherry Coke every single day and takes caffine pills which he likes and i think they taste like crap.

one problem with water...

it holds no appeal if your lucky it has no taste because when it does your choking down a mouthfull of clorine, floride, or what ever random chemical they feel like tossing in. If there was water that didnt suck I would drink it

soft drink companys are owned by groups of denists who are preventing a "healthy" water additive to be made in interest of saving their jobs.

Never did trust them dentists... ever wonder why they treated cavitys like middle aged doctors treated rashes?
cavitys are created by BACTERIA digesting sugars. The waste material they leave is that plaque we all know and love.that type of treatment is like taking the food away from bears. So where is the antibiotic of vacination against this? (Actually it was developed and is under testing with the FDA right now)
