Heh, that's what I thought till I moved back here. They sell fireworks for Halloween and Canada day (our 4th of July, which is the 1st of July). We've got our share of Darwin award candidates, but with less people in the country it seems like less.

I'm not saying "don't do this". I just said to be careful .

Look lower in the report. There are some interesting stats on what demographics get hurt the most and with what type of fireworks. Even a break down of what part of they body gets hurt the most (hands/fingers and eyes).

is it just me or do the canadians play everything safe? do you guys really listen to them when they say "dont try this at home" in america thats like saying GO! QUICKLY DO IT NOW!

Anyone else hear of the guy who got his arms ripped of during a company tug of war? The rest of his team let go of the rope but forgot to tell him. He was tied to the rope and wedged in a spot where he couldn't move. POP! both arms.

sly the news source was pc gaming magazine it was a big article on how people can get hooked on these games and lose thier wife/husband friends life etc... I can believe a friend of mine had a roommate a few years back when evercrack 1st came out the dude would pee in big gulp cups at his computer desk so he wouldnt have to leave the game. Sad so sad
