i think the 2 million is just to come up with an plan for the barrier,the actual cost hasnt been esatablished.Is there anything from keeping them from running into traffic?

Worst way ever to kill yourself. Not only are you not gauranteed to kill youself but you risk other peoples lives. Then cause them the emotional damage of knowing they killed another person as well as subject them to lawsuits from family or the suicidle person should they live. Yes, you can jump infront of a car and sue.

i have a plan thats 100 times better, and only costs my .2 cents..

if it finds your mentally stable, it slaps you until you stop wanting to kill yourself

if it finds your not, it just uses a spring loaded floor to shoot you into the nearest help center


theres a few flaws to my plan, but hey, it only costs .2 cents...
