Well my sincere condolences to you and your loved ones Simon. I am sure your Dad is forever proud of the Son he has raised. God Bless you...and keep that chin up. He would want it that way I am sure. Let me know if there is anything I can do...anything at all.

So very sorry to hear of your lose but in an attempt to raise your spirits, I'll adopt you if you buy me a car like that!

Seriously though, he will love on in you and your children and the rest of his family. If you haven't already, I would put together an album. That will help the remembrance of him for future generations.

I sat here at my desk, and tried to write a response. Several times in fact, but to no avail.

There is just one thing I can say.

I never had the honor to know your father, but he seems like the kind of man who touched everyone he knew. For this, I wish I did.

I pray that your family can come together and help each other through this difficult time.

                      May God be with you.

                        Sorry for your loss
He sounds like a great guy, and yeah... i dunno. I bet that he was happy to see how much he was loved. Like you said, he died the way he wanted to.

                            Simon,

My deepest sympathy goes out to your and your family. I am sure you will alway remember the lessons in life and guidance he gave you to make you the man you are. You will carry that with you for the rest of the days you walk this earth. Let them bolster you when your down or unsure of yourself or your direction and trust in what you learned from him.

Take care and lift a toast to him for me.
