My favorite weight gain supplement would have to be Ramen Noodles, although I don't think that's the kind of weight you're looking for.
    Classic RT - RT02667
    Blade IntelliFrame
    Dye Ultralight

      Has anyone taken/tried "No-Explode" ?
      This stuff is the tits
Massive energy boost and has some creatine in it. Its better than any caffine drink Ive ever had combined. Wide awake after taking it which gives me some focus during workouts.
Its nuts, first nite I took it (7pm) I didnt get to bed till 4 am and even then I was rolling around all nite
I love it, been taking it instead of caffine drinks during the day too. My friend claims its a placebo effect but my head feels like its swimming around

Yea thats one product that has a lot of hype behind it I can tell you that much. If it works for you, then defintely keep taking it. All of our bodies react differently to different things. Even if it is the placebo effect, ide say keep taking it. One way or another its making you work harder.

But I have had pretty good energy with it,I think its great but overpriced, like everything else in the industry. As far as the creatine in it, I dont know if you want creatine really bad I would add some monohydrate too.(the only proven form of creatine)

you'll find more info http://forum.bodybuilding.com/ there than you will ever find on a paintball forum.

Be prepared though, working out is like crack and you may get addicted and may actually get fit/stronger/bigger/whatever. hmmm funny how that works.

Are u sure they are drinking water casue of the the creatine, if they are on it then that is prob the reason they are drinking it but most of the time football coaches preach to their players that they need to stay hydrated all day, I know mine alwasy did. So they could just be drinking water so during practice they dont get extremely dehydrated.

mcveighr--You think caffeine rocks you should try cocaine.

That could be true, but football season ended how long ago? i think in febuary...(for my school at least) And these kids were very skinny, such as i am now, back at the beginning of football season this year, so I have a very strong suspicion it could be creatine, because even still they carry large jugs of water...anyways....
