    You must be hitting it pretty softly. After 10 minutes you should notice some edge spreading.

        No, I was hitting it pretty hard. Then again I'm a wimp.

        Anyway I finally got it and its polished now. Its going to look pretty bad and lumpy but the silver really polishes up nicely. I just need to finish drilling out the hole for the finger and I'm done.
