        I think GNR's version of both 'Live and Let Die', and 'Knockin' on Heavens Door' are better than the originals too....but for the record I think Shinedown blow, as well as their cover. I mean, what current band is going to out southern rock the original Skinnard lineup? You might as well not even try.

        I've also never heard a good cover of a classic Stones song, but I've heard Britney Spears butcher 'Satisfaction' beyond all recognition.
