I think it's just chilling to think that although the people in the crosshairs probably know that they are in an area of the world where they might die from shooting or warfare (I'm assuming), but they have no idea how close they are to dying. It's a little scary to know that the person holding the gun is making the decision whether or not to kill another human, for whatever reason, and we just get to see what he or she sees as they make that decision.Comment

Sniper Hitting Their Target

...if you can get this to play on windows media you will see and hear the result of when a 50 cal. bullet hits a Taliban killer in Afghanistan.
These are taken by Marine corp.. and Army snipers.
It isn't pretty but it's war.
The impact Is probably 100's of yards away from the the sniper.
These were probably taken through the lens of the spotter for the sniper.
What you will see are body parts flying through the air because a 50 cal. will blow a body in pieces when it hits..
Although it is very difficult to see, this vid clip is kinda graphic (.50 cal hits can be that way)
