Do you look unhealthy? It just sounds like you've built up enough "lean" muscle mass that your metabolism is at its highest potential and you're burning off all the calories you take in each day so you're losing weight.
You simply can't gain weight if:
calorie intake < calories burnedComment

I need to start exercising myself... 12 hours a day in front of a computer really kills your metabolism. I've gained the 10lb you lost in the past couple months (up to 155). Not that its a real concern since I'm probably way under weight... at 6'5" I just can't get myself into a routine of exercise. Any suggestions?Comment

i need to lose some weight, i weigh 240, which isnt too bad since im 6' 4''. id like to drop to about 225-230. im not fat at all right now, id like to tone out a little more.
