Want to do the geek thing, ride your bicycle

Want to do the poor boy thing, walk

I wanted to do something original. Everyone at my school either drives their car, drives their parents car, rents a limo, or rents a stretch Hummer. I'm looking for anything out of the ordinary that would be fun.

And just about everyon one of those is original. I honestly think a horse drawn carriage would be top. But you would probably have to drive to a location semi close to the prom location and take it from there.

Personally, I could care less, I drove my car for all the proms I went to (three).

I liked the monster truck idea but I have no idea where to start for that adn I have no interest in owning a monster truck. The hotrod isn't very original for my school. Motorcycle wouldn't give me and a date the opportunity to talk at all on the way there. The horse drawn carriage is a cool idea. Walking and riding a bike would be a little inconvient.

Yeah a helicopter costs about 1g per hour. I think it would be cool to fly in in a bush plane.

i was talking about the caterpillar motor.
1674 has 167 hp My dad has been working with caterpillar machinery the past 30 years, i've learned a bit from him.

The other thing you could do is get a few friends together and rent a trolly instead of a limo. They are pretty cool.

As for Monster Truck rental, look around to see if there are any clubs in your area. I am sure someone might be available for hire. I doubt they would let you drive it, but they might drive you there in it.

If you had a family member who was a fireman, they might even let you use the white fire engine. I'm not sure who owns those things, but I've been to a couple weddings involving firemen, and they get a white fire engine instead of a limo. There are chairs up by the hose bed or whatever its called.
