I think I want an ipod. what should i get? is 20 GB to much? Can I get a 20GB for less than $250?

yea look around ebay i bought a 30 gig photo new for 325 shipped
if you want to get one wait a little bit cuse that new one came out and i bet the price will go down for them cuse of the new ipod and for the holidays comeing up in a cupple of months

I have a 4gb MINI... and its perfect. I can hold about 1000 songs on it, and I mainly just bought it for work. I can easily hold over the 10hrs each day and thats all that matters
I want a NANO now though.Its a wakeup call for the Nintendo generation

yeah we just bouught my sister a mini about 3 weeks ago.... i wish we wouldve wated and gotten her a nano. i got my mini in june and love it....
i think you should get a mini 4 0r 6 gb is plenty unless you store pics then get an ipod photo wiht like 30 gb;s or something but 20 for just music is alot....so get a mini or a nano....

I have 30 Photo and I love it. I'm moving around a lot with the military and it just isn't practical to carry picture frames, memory sticks, language CD's and all of the other crap I need for my job. I can store 95% of it on the iPod in a separate folder and my family and schoolwork is always with me. I have the 20GB iPod and I wish I had a 40GB one. I filled it up within a week.

check out iriver. I got the 40gb H340. Only cost me 300 new on ebay. With jsut one flashing you can get the features of color and sound video, color photo's, music, text files, radio, recording, and any other storage...it roxComment

Weight
The larger iPods have a weight issue. Yeah, I can't stand lugging mine to the gym with me. I'm getting a little shuttle that I can take with me when I go to the gym. It's pretty rough carrying a few ounces after having 70 pounds of stuff on your shoulders for weeks at a time.
