    I have court tomorrow...

First Off I am a Minor so keep that in mind...

I am going to court tomorrow, for something I did around a month ago... At 3 in the morning I was pulled over, I of course do not have a license, and so I got a ticket for: Driving without a License underage, in my brothers car

I live in FL by the way... this is my first violation of the law besides 1 or 2 kerfue infractions way back when in North Carolina... What should I expect to happen in court!! What will happen to me!?

The judge will let you off easier if you offer to "let him off easier"

Most likely, you won't be able to get your license for an extra year or two. Maybe some community service, but I doubt it. Surely you'll be on parole (ie - Don't get caught doing anything).

Overall, probably not too much that some fines and some time won't solve.

I don't know what a kerfew infraction is, but it sounds horrible. Does it have something to do with Egypt?

I would guess community service or something minor for the driving infraction, but it varies widely based on the judge. Learn a lesson, and don't drive again without a license. Theres a reason they make you wait.

You probably won't be able to get your license til you're 18, and most certainly some amount of money.

How can you get busted for something a couple of times and still not spell it correctly?

You didn't say if you had a good lawyer or just a court appointed one. That can make a huge difference in how bad you get busted.

What were you pulled over for? I know a lot of cops routinely pull over young people just to check them out and then make up some crap later on ... even though it's totally illegal to do so. Simply driving a car is not evidence of a crime, since it's legal to do so if properly licensed. A good lawyer might be able to do something in this area. We have a cop around these parts who pulls everyone over for "marked lanes violation" regardless what they're actually doing. He's so notorious, there is a lawyer now who specializes in this particular criminal.

If you're lucky, and have a good lawyer then you might get off easy and have it stay a criminal case and not effect your license (since you don't have a license to effect). Court appointed lawyers are friends with all those guys, if you have one you'll probably end up getting something pretty harsh, since it looks good on paper and balances out all the rich guys who ... literally ... get away with murder.

You're just a number, and the deck is stacked against you in ways you can't even imagine. Don't forget, the judge could very well be some idiot too. Most of the time they don't even listen to you ... they've "heard it all before" and decided what to do with you before you say a single word.

Dress well, and be ready to get royally reamed. End of rant (c:

And if/when you DO get your license, your parents wont let you drive, cause your insurance is gonna be through the roof.

This was an idiotic thing to do.

First off dress well. A tie would be a good thing. Never volunteer information. Answer the judge yes or no unless he asks for an explanation or asks that you elaborate on something. When you answer him make sure its with yes/no sir/ ma'am. Be polite and respectful of the court. Most of all be honest. I went through something similar before and was lucky enough to get off with only paying court fees. I did everything I listed above and was the only defendant in the courtroom in a shirt and tie. I knew why I was there. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Not sir/ma'am. Always "your honor" to the judge.

                        another few edits

You will most likely not need an attorney.

Dress well, you may be a bit young for a suit, but think "church clothes."

                        Pretty solid advice in general.

These days they are happy to hear any semblance of respect. Yes "your honor" is the proper way to address them. Just be respectful whatever happens.
