I'm really digging Seether right now...I'm a huge Rammstein fan, Rob Zombie too, I like disturbeds first album alot but I have never seen them in concert which is good because I hear they are a bunch of tools (prolly why all the rest of there albums kinda suck) I love me some Slipknot even if they confuse my brother with all their band members. And I will admit it!!! I am a Dashboard fan don't like any other emo but a guy with a acustic guitar singing about how a girl ****ed him over and broke his heart is cool....and besides I have never been surrounded by more hot horny punk girls then when I was at the D/C concert at suny brockport. And now I fear I have said too much

I picked up a The Casualties CD today. It's pretty good, but alot of the stuff is hard to understand even for me.

On a wierd note, I work with a guy that, I think, used to manage Jason Becker before he contracted M.S. or whatever it was that he came down with. Anyway, His name is Joe Becker, no relation, and he performed on the Jason Becker Tribute album.

Do you even remember when KNAC went off the air--waaay back in the early '90s? I was listening to them as they faded out with metal and faded back in with Mariachi music...man, that was weird!
I'm glad that they're back on the air, but I had to find something else in the meantime, so I switched over to KROQ.
Honestly though, KNAC's reception was so horrible back then that unless you lived in Long Beach, and had your antenna directly hooked up to theirs, and it was a nice, clear day--you could hardly hear anything but static.
I really liked Pirate Radio a lot too. It's too bad that they only lasted a couple of years; but, what do you expect when they didn't play commercials?

i listen to way too much music to list anything close to all the bands i like. lets go with this...

                  Favorite bands of all time:

                  Bad Religion
                  The Offspring

                  Favirute genre:

Mid 90's grunge/alternative rock/pop music like silverchair, fuel, the goo goo dolls, pearl jam, sponge, seven mary three, nirvana, the list could go on forever.

                  Current favorites:

A lot of local stuff- Cactus 12, Between Home and Serenity, Cherry Monroe, Kate Vogal, View from Everest, O.A.R (although they are getting some recognition now, being from ohio they were just local 7 years ago when i started listening to them), and old local bands like Bad Name, Yo Brooklyn, Dead Air.

Some lesser know stuff like Piebald, The Visual, Atmosphere (underground rap)

                  Absolute geniouses:

                  Ben Folds, Trent Reznor

                  Guilty pleasures:

Tori Amos, Kelly Clarkson's new album
