Any free weight freaks around here? Question for you all ....

Well I dont have easy access to a gym, and no room in my place for a weight machine or even a bench of anykind. Is there any real good ways to utilize free weights without a bench of any kind? Im not looking to do heavy weights, mostly looking to tone up and eliminate my gut which running alone is not doing LOL ...

    go here

that website is more for videos of how to use freeweights. most of then require some sort of bench or another. but nothing huge. even a simple chair will be useful.
look at these videos for the freeweights...

    seated dumbell press
    incline dumbell press
    feet elevated lunge
    seated dumbell curls
    squat press

Theres a lot you can do, but alot more you can do with a small bench. Nothing too big, just something you can pull out and set on the garage floor or w.e you work out on.

If I had a garage I would do that :) ... the problem is no garage and no spare living space to have one sitting around. I have seen some that collapse to fit under a bed, but the idea of trusting a collapsable (sp?) bench with my 175 lbs plus the lbs of weights lol :) not that much of a risk taker.
