Well I dont have easy access to a gym, and no room in my place for a weight machine or even a bench of anykind. Is there any real good ways to utilize free weights without a bench of any kind? Im not looking to do heavy weights, mostly looking to tone up and eliminate my gut which running alone is not doing LOL ...

... the problem is no garage and no spare living space to have one sitting around. I have seen some that collapse to fit under a bed, but the idea of trusting a collapsable (sp?) bench with my 175 lbs plus the lbs of weights lol
