I remembered the thread, specifically because it was one of several incidences where Echo419 misrepresented the facts of a situation.

K bud, face the facts. Flash may be the fastest growing way of memory transfer and storage, but you still have to explain that to the gov't. All your "rights" are gone due to A) Still a minor B)Still "have" to goto school C) They hold the key to your freedom, your DIPLOMA!!!

School=Govt property. So basically you went from the whole "5th ammendment liberty and justice for all" in the free world, to "plead for detention and liberty" and "justice for the graduated" in school. They have the right to do anything to you short of physically or religiously hurting you. They care not about your outside life crap, and they are allowed to confiscate anything suspicious. Argue with me if you want, but your flashdrive is gone, your mom could have gotten it back, but you decided to take away what few rights you had when you cussed out every person of high stature in your schools office. Sure, privacy can be argued, but face it, it wasnt on your person, it wasnt stowed away, it was plain sight, and you dont have any sort of file encryption, so basically you have been royally screwed by a system you will be forced to adore in order to obtain freedom from it.

Not funny at all. Thats nothing to joke about. Have you ever had someone close to you kill themselves because they thought they had no way out of something? Sorry but I've been down that road and it isn't pretty. Sure echo has his problems but its a hole he can get himself out of if he works hard enough at it. Joking or not it would be nice if you posted something relating to the discussion or don't post at all.

Actually, yes, I have had a friend kill himself. It was over a stupid freaking girl. Yeah it was sad...but our anger was greater than our sadness. You have to be retarded to kill yourself.

I'm making a statement...If he doesn't like the way that his school is treating him, and he doesn't want to go with the educational flow, then he's going to be completely useless to society, because thats how the world works...

Because whats going to happen is he's going to end up in jail living off of my tax dollars...

I understand why you'd be pissed echo, but you gotta learn how to deal with authority and quit ... it sounds like you just need to grow up. Acting like a child will only get you treated like a child...

And if you can't deal with it, then by all means, eliminate yourself from the earth, leave the united states, go to canada...because we have enough worthless people here, our prisons are filled, theres millions of people on wellfare, we don't need one more.
