Oh the winners recorded best speed was 52km/hr but it rocketed off the line. Im shure if i mod my 5hp and drive train enough it will give a good run. Remember too after moding that 5hp is not gona produce just 5 hp . And at any case it was and WILL be a blast.

if you dont do any motor mods and all drive train mods.... that 5hp will still only be 5hp.

Put some heavier springs in the clutch too... let the motor wind out a bit before the clutch engauges.

Im moding BOTH the engein and drive system.

My last project was VERY inefficant and was FAR from effective at getting all 5hp to the the wheel but it worked.

Also i DEFFINATLY dont want a heavier spring in the clutch as even the current one is just starting to take affect at near govoner speed. I want one with a lighter spring. I will be bypassing the govoner on a seperate throttel for a little extra ommph.

Also plan to strip down the egine clean it all up and see what i can do for a few more hp. My exhuast sytem worked great and will be adapted to the next model. The engein mount worked great and will be done very similarly but done cleaner and the the next model will be painted entirly FLAT BLACK.

The people at Wal-Mart think I'm insane cause I buy their cheap flat black paint by the case!
