The same thing happned to my brother, well not the same. he was pulling out of his spot ansd apparently just forgot about a car being behind himor couldnt see it through the back. He wound up rolling onto the car's side and then got off of it. the similarity is that the owner of the car decided NOT to make him pay for it, she just didnt make him pay. This was when my brother first got his liscence.

well if we all lived in europe, nobody here would care about a tap. some places over there, people nudge cars forwards with their bumpers so that they can squeeze their car in along the curb.
whereas here, if people did that, there would be a few more pissed of people and maybe a few more road rage incidents.

One time my friend was leaving school, and i was in the car.. He nailed this car in the parking spot near him.. lol. It nearly pushed it sideways. We checked and there was no damage.. (wtf!?) . We waited for the owner to come out.. and it was a girl with a bunch of her friends. Her friend is like.. "Oh ashley! look at how bad you park!" and there all making fun of her, and shes just embarrassed. Later he told her.. and she said she sold the car, so it wasnt a big deal. She actually laughed.

That's how I always parked when I lived in San Francisco - all the cars had pock marks on the bumpers from nudge parking.
