A question for all you fast food workers

Lets see, you've got your basic ingrediants; Refried beans, lettuce, sour cream, cheese, and beef. How many ways can you mix it up?

I worked at a seafood restraunt buffet, and a guy came in and said he was allergic to black pepper. He asked if he could have fish prepaired without pepper. So we did and I brought it out to him. While I waited on him to taste it to see if he liked it I noticed he had our gumbo, a few of our hushpuppies, some fried chicken, a few "frog legs"(they're little chicken drumsticks marinated in a mixture we make that uses black pepper), and a big bowl of chicken and dumplin's. Almost everything he had on his plate had black pepper in it, it wasn't like we were trying to hide it. You could see the pepper in it. He looked at me and finally said that the fish was "ok" so I went back in the back without telling him he had more pepper on his plate than the fish would have had.

Also we had drink orders from kids that we call "suicides" where you mix everything that comes out of our machine into one glass. Coke, Diet Coke, Dr. Pepper, Sprite, Barqs root beer, and Hi-C.

hmmm i once saw a person order a burrito with no meat or beans..... meh' not really wierd...

At Domino's someone ordered from a broken down van in the country. As the other Domino's employee said, they ordered kickers. The kickers are for display only. Please note that we do not deliver to van's in the middle of nowhere, you cannot pay me with candy or puppies. I will deliver to semis, because truckers rock.

been working at mcdonalds for the past 7 or 8 months, ive seen some stupid stuff , like people comong threw the drive threw for a cup of water. hamburgers with cheese, some lady asked for a mic mac ( which is store a few towns away ) a big mac with only mustard n ketchup , loads of bunless sandwiches wich we just used letuce to replace the bun and put it in a plastic thing, burgers with no meat , filet of fishes with mayo and pickels and onions , cheese burgers no cheese. people ordering a bottle of water for a buck fifty when they could drive and extra 100 yards to the shop n save and save some money. people buying sides of pickles. more i cant think of

I went through a McDonalds drive through for a cup of water once and the lady was all you're kidding right? But hey I was freakin thirsty!!!!

Truckers don't have money but they have "that special something-something".

Most truckers we've dealt with selling hay have huge rolls of cash on them. Although these guys are the ones that own their own trucks and pay for the loads up front. If they're working for a trucking company then they may not have much cash on them...

People order fry's with no salt, then salt them because they want FRESH fries. Same reason people order burgers with no salt on them. They want them grilled up right then VS sitting in some queing oven for 2 hours before assembly.

A bit of a step up from you fast food workers, but still a weird order indeed.

So one of our items is a fancy salmon plate.
Guy doesn't wants JUST the salmon no sause no side or anything else. Wants it burnt to a crisp. *shrugs* Better than the order for a black and blue one *shudder*
