ditto that.. My borther and sister both bought them when they started jr high. my borther has sent back 3 already and everyt time they send you a new one.. just have to wait a few weeks for shipment.

That's great, a bag that falls apart. Who cares if they replace it. The new one is just going to fall apart again. Get something quality and it won't fall apart in the first place. There have been a number of high quality messanger bags linked above.
