If your ever come across the film, "Sweet Sundays Gone" You may want to pay close attention to it. It is a very old film with two friends and an old 30/30 shooting inapropriate targets, general disreguard of safety rules and depicting conduct such as yours. And it also shows a very tragic yet very possible/real outcome for thoughs actions. All of my young students (11.5 yrs and up) can pick the film apart and point out the two boys mistakes. Most of them never held a firearm in there lives at that point. Safety is everybodies business! I'd suggest your buddy and you learn safety before one of you becomes a statistic.

Well, I just saw your location and it explains it all. The only thing in puyallup is the god damn fair. Maybe if you had some class you'd move out of hickland to seattle.

I'm thinking that both you and the group home supervisors should reconsider your use of firearms.

you know, i read a book back in middle school about some kid who got a new gun for his birthday and took it out in the back yard and fired a shot in the air, little did he know the bullit hit some guy in the head while he was rakeing leaves like 2 miles away and killed him.
i think the kid ended up getting charged with 3rd degree murday and got like 10 years or somthing.

              good book, stupid of you.

So in Washington people with brain damage are allowed to own guns?

                  Question:

So are all of you saying that it is unsafe to fire a rifle into the air under any circumstances?

Without judging the shooting conditions since you didn't specify where exactly you were shooting, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you were being safe.

Good shot. Lucky, but good shot.

Uh, no? Clays are thrown up and out, and unless he waited until after it hit the ground to shoot at it, then he was shooting up. Not only that, but since he was shooting at a moving target, he had even less knowledge to where his bullet would end up.

And since he hasn't come back to defend what he did, I think he A) knows we're right and he's a moron, B) didn't do it at all and was trying to impress people whom he thought didn't know any better, or C) both of those.

While I agree that TOP is a fool, Seattle's idea of "Class" is one of the things that drove me to move OUT of Seattle.

Well, looks like your stupidity has already been addressed. I always love to hear about people treating guns like toys. I'll think of you the next time some anti-gun legislation is passed.
