Best Video game series STORYline

If you're only talking storyline, "Planescape: Torment" should really be mentioned here. Just about any "Black Isle" game could be on this list. The Baldur's Gate series would be a close second for me.

I LOVE Max Payne. addictive and the voice acting was great. if you don't like Film Noir, then hey... But otherwise, great. (Although the dream sequence in the first one SUCKED. damn baby crying for 30 minutes.)

I always got into the Freedom Force games, although I didn't play #2 when I bought it due to damned WoW. And I must admit, FEAR is downright SCARY. Those guys are just SO smart.
