Very difficult to do this due the amount of flex these things have.

I can tell you how to paint plastic that has some flex. But I seriously doubt its going t hold up to this much flex.

There is a product called Bulldog adhesion promoter/elastisizer. It is sprayed on to scuffed up plastic and allowed to flash off and then normal paint process goes on from there.

This is the stuff used to repaint things like car bumper covers. This is used for plastic motorcycle parts, car parts etc. But those don't nearly flex at much as a mask would So even though this stuff has elastisizers and such it can only streatch so far before the paint, of any kind, will crack.

Try vinyl dye. You can get it at automotive stores. It's a spray that chemically bonds with plastics to "paint" them. You could also try Krylon Fusion as it is meant to be used with plastic, but I bet the vinyl dye will work better. Let us know what you decide to use and how it turns out.

Its a front part of the mask. I did a little tape thing with it to see if it flexed, and it doesn't so I should be OK.

like Ole Unka Phil, or if you want to do it easy but not as high quality, go with latex. It'll flex much more than an oil based paint.
