Of course exercising while you're sick is a bad idea, I already know that... but I'm kinda stuck in a dillema so I'm here for advice.
Okay, so a couple years ago me and a friend had a little "boxing" match (complete noobies just throwing blows in a ring). Now he wants to have another to even things up to 1-1 and I've gotta cut 15-20 pounds to get down to his weight level. I wouldn't have any problems with cutting weight since I'm a little tubby anyway, but I just recently got sick and I've gotta cut the weight in 5 weeks. I had a pretty intense workout and dietary menu laid out for me but it kinda got shot down by my sickness.
Should I continue with the exercise and diet or rest up and intensify my workout later? Or should I just try to convince my friend to delay the match a little longer?

Drunk boxing should be almost as funny to watch as drunk paintball
