Anyway, no matter what exercise/eating habits i try, i can not get any muscle/meat on where my ribs are. my stomach area has become pretty tough, but my ribs still stick out despite all my efforts.(including numerous thousand calorie diets).
so, what im looking for is to bulk up where my ribs are. any input?

are you saying that we might actually need energy to build muscle? or are you trying to imply there's other things besides protein in our muscles? either way i think you're insane. including fats in your diet!? fats make you fat! ... don't they?
