6:30 cool down, clean up
7:00 eat snack (yogurt and a banana usually), go to class
9:15 eat breakfast (cereal, more fruit, eggs)
12:00 lunch (usually a sandwich and fruit and vegetables)
3:00 snack (more fruit or some vegetables)
6:00 dinner (brown rice, greens, fish or chicken)
8:00 snack (usually another yogurt or some fruit)
