yeah, paypal should have an easier way to cancel a payment that hasnt gone through yet. a while ago i was trying to use paypal and my browser froze, so i re-sent the payment... and then found out that it sent it twice, once with my paypal balance and a second time with an e-check. i looked around but there wasnt any way to cancel it, even though it didnt go through... luckily i was sending the payment to rogue, so he just rejected the payment.

Have you looked at the transaction in your pay pal account history? It will say something like "pending" and if it does you can cancel it right there. If its not clearing the bank it should not say "Completed"...
