SB861, look it up. it basically states that california wants to prohibite "aggressive" dogs from breeding. AKA would like to see such "aggressive" natured dogs out of the state. even though, the "aggresive" nature of the dog is only determined by its upbringing. Dogs such as pitbulls, wich have a reputation of being fierce dogs, are affected by this legislation.

thats the round about way of putting it.

and i only said california is pathetic because of some of the (how shall i say this) retarded laws that are put into place.

other then that, i love the state

You cant get much better than CA for the weather and the things to do (beach, mountains, etc) but it's just to crowded and yes, we have some wacky people here. But come on, lets be real, so do all of the states in the US.

and yeah, i dislike wisconsin alot too

unless you go way up north by th upper peninsula of michigan where its rather beautiful with the lush pine forest and white birch. and the cold weather... thats to each there own

Actually, I'd like to acknowledge something really, really dumb that NorCal is responsible for.

The "hella" thing. I never really noticed it till I lived in LA for 4 years.

The SoCal crime would be "I'm over it." and its cousins "I'm so over that" and "I'm over it, brah."

/other than that, suck it

yeah, I heard of that. and yes CA legislature sucks. Other dumb laws they tried to pass/did pass: driveres license for illegals, regualtion on the amount of gallons used to flush your toilet, fat taxes on candy, making your 8 yr old sit in a car seat, the list goes on and on....

Short for hell of. Like, "NorCal is hella better than everyone else"

Actually, I think the term "hella" originated in my school district, cause a couple years ago, people at other schools in the relative area hadn't heard it. Not sure though...

Why, is it annoying? It's slang, and I think its quite a bit more tolerable than y'all.

/Uh oh... shouldn't have pissed off those texans, they all have guns...

Yeah... we have something like a 40% hispanic population I think... or maybe thats just in some SAT statistic that I read the other day... so all it takes is 10-15% of us non hispanics to feel sorry for the illegals. Personally, I think there should be better border patrol. Cmon Bushy... its a federal responsability...

3 day Spring weekend in Calli:

Friday---Surf at any number of world class breaks. Weather is clear and 70F

Saturday---Hit the slopes at any number of world class ski resorts. Weather is clear and 50F

Sunday---Grab the cooler and hit any number of smooth lake surfaces for skiing, wakeboarding, tubing, looking good for the girls in bikinis. Weather is clear and 75F.

All within 2 hours of each other.

3 day Spring weekend in New Jersey:

"When are we going to Miami?"

)highways here in Nevada.

P.S. They use Hecka and Hella here in NV too. I dont much care for it...
They also call guys rugged....hmmm
