ok.. i have no knowledge on this kind of stuff.. so some of the questions i have are very dumb but i just need the answer.. so please dont give me a hard time.

when do you take this.. during a work out.. before or after.. i dont know..
also i know this helps you build muscle.. but if you take this and skip your work out.. youl just get fat right?
also im a little over-weight right now.. nothing serious.. just a little gut i would like to get rid of.. if i take this will it just make it harder to get rid of.. or will it help get rid of the fat and produce the muscle down there?
also whats the best way to take advantage of the creating.. running and lifting.. just lifting.. or a mixture.
