Ok, random question but here goes.
If you have access to another mailbox in Outlook, you can view it by going to File -> Open, and then typing in their mailbox name.
But then you are stuck checking that mailbox seperately.
I KNOW its possible to link their mail to yours so their mail pops up in your inbox. At my job our dept uses a common mailbox for some things, and about half the group has it delivered straight to their inbox, the other half have to check the group inbox seperately, but no one knows how to set it up that way and IT here sucks.
Does anyone know how to do this? Then I could set up a rule to divert all that mail into a seperate folder and it'd save me a lot of hassle.
