So i wanna start jogging so i can get in shape for the 07 tournament season. I wanna jogg around 12 pm when i get out of school..but i also don't eat all morning so first thing i usually want to do when i get out of school is get some lunch..so if i do jogg at this time should i eat then jogg(course after letting food digest) or should i jogg then eat (not sure how well this will go seeing how il be hungry and hardly any energy)...or should i just tough it out and get up an hour early before school and go jogg?..Really dont wanna get up..hard enough gettin up now as is..much less an hour early..Is one time of day better then another to excersice? Any other pointers..i used to jogg when i did martial arts..but i just got lazy..so ye idk...any info is greatly appreciated.
