I think I figured out women

Women are petty and jealous creatures who defy all logical explanation.

That being said, if you can make the women around your woman jealous of her, you are doing well. Flowers delivered to work (or wherever she is around with other women) have a great cost to benefit ratio

    /Just thought I'd share

Especially if you dont wait till youve done something wrong to send them!! (young guns take note)

But lets be honest, even women dont have women figured out! You just had a brief moment of clarity.

Ha, ha! We have them fooled men. Their expectations have discreetly been lowered

When we first started dating we were discussing X-mas presents. She said "lets wait until December 3rd to have this talk"

So I was like. Umm, ok, whats December 3, cause that seemed awfully specific to me - and she had just randomly thrown things out with no meaning. Of course I made it a big deal, cause I could :P And it seemed logical, if I survived deadline 1, to send flowers...

            You will never understand! Never!

            Mwahahaha.

I don't think women have unnecessarily high standards in men... perhaps men set extraordinarily low standards for themselves. All most women want is someone who treats them well, won't cheat, and loves them. Is that so hard? Apparently it is. Also, my personal pet peeve is hypocrites. If you don't want me to go out and stay out all night, or you don't want me to drink, or you don't want me to be friends with my ex (because God forbid I see him again, I might cheat on you with him... yeah, right, they're exes for a reason) then you don't talk to your exes, you don't go out and stay out, and you don't drink. You certainly do not tell me we're in an open relationship then make me feel bad for... being in an open relationship... for the next six months. When you say you're going to be there, YOU ARE THERE. You say you'll call at X time, you call at X time. No excuses, even though I'll forgive you, it still hurts and I hate it, it certainly doesn't win you points.

Flowers are meh. I'd much rather have my significant other pick up a movie and invite me over to just hang out and watch it.

Just treat women like people! That's all we want.

Oh, and Lohman, I'm pretty sure I could give you a logical argument for almost everything I've ever done... just because your mind doesn't work that way, doesn't mean we're all illogical .

Perhaps. I am anti-chick flick, but I know you're pretty much guaranteed a free pass into most girl's pants if you put on The Notebook or A Walk To Remember.

I don't know. Friday I let her pick the movie and I cooked crab legs and homemade fetuccini alfredo (sp). She had called to "stay in" cause it was snowing hard and it was easier than going out. I don't even remember what the movie was

                  /Betting she doesn't either

Naw. I think people need to think more about what they want. I think if men are shallow enough to just want sex, women should be able to see through that. And we usually do. Hence the song and dance you guys have to perform to get us in bed.

Yeh, dinner/movie/flowers are not required. To say they worked... well is like saying rain is wet

It's apparent who wears the pants in your relationship.

Fantastic innuendo btw, how long did it take you to come up with that?
