What are you going for? Just trying to increase strenght or stamina, or both? Arnold has a workout encyclopedia that is pretty sufficient.

try to search google, menshealth also has very good workout routines. I guess it depends on what your looking to achieve.

I just want this stuff gone, super low prices

lunges are pretty easy to do and when done correctly are pretty beneficial.plus you can do em just about anywhere.but you have to go really low and have your legs both bent at 90*.

Extend your arm, open hand, and dig in to the X-mas candy at the office.

There's a crap load at the office and it ain't helping me.

I would actually be interested in a workout plan to build muscle and burn fat. I got a kid on the way and I dont want Kids telling him "My Dad can beat up your Dad" And he say "Yeah you can my Dad is a Lard Arse."

My personal favorite, Army Field Manual 21-20, Physical Fitness Training. Lot of good stuff in that one.

Squats will always be the best leg exercise overall. I do a ton of presses, calf and leg. Lunges of course. Leg extensions and curls for targeting. and sometimes cables for hip adductors.

WHAT ABOUT BENCH. A combo of free weights, inverted and regular benching is always a good thing. Cables too. Remember to take deep breaths or you'll get a skinny, little bird chest.

But before you start to workout, you need to learn how to spell. Sorry couldn't resist

Im not sure how well rounded this is but it keeps me feeling good.

First I run for 30min on the tredmill, then I hit the machines. one day arms, one day chest, one day legs. I dont focus on seeing how much I can lift, just enough to exersise the muscles. every once in a while I swim laps. also in the pool its good to tread water for 5 min at a time. and then do some pushups and sit ups at home every so often.
