My guitar!

What model is that? Looks like a DKMG neck but more like a DXMG body.

I've been debating whether I want to get another Jackson as my next guitar. I have a DXMGHT at the moment but I want something with a Floyd Rose and some active pickups most likely. I've heard a few complaints from people that the Jackson Licensed Floyd Rose isn't as good compared to the Ibanez ProTrem and whatnot. Any input from the almighty Triangle would be appreciated.

To be honest, they were at the concert I went to, (Sounds of the Underground a few years back) and after getting backstage, I was talking to a fellow who played for them. I didn't know he did at the time. He asked if he could sign it, and while I wasn't a fan of the band, he seemed coll enough. Plus he got me in with DevilDriver, Opeth, And some others. Through him I got to meet Dino Cazares, And Stephen Carpenter, among some other awesome people.

So were you playing with a band or do you always just take your guitar to shows?

what kind of music do you guys play?

that band i was with is in Hiatus mode, everyone is pretty much busy doing something, but im trying out for a death metal band currently here as a bassist, hopefully it works out but yea, i play metal stuff

EEeewww...what are those ugly looking doohickeys with strings? Are they some sort of modified brooms? Is that what you play in the orchestra?

Anyways, here are a few pics of my old set from my college days (notice the ghetto rented party house?). Keep in mind I was college poor, and thus the set is nothing exciting. It got the job done, brought in the ladies, and kept the neighbors hating me (why does drunk drumming at 2 am always seem like such a good idea??).

They're all packed up and in storage right now. I don't have the room nor the practice pads to play in my current abode. I still take the occasional trip to the local drum shop to scratch my itch and make some jaws drop. As soon as my living situation changes I'll most likely go for an OCDP or a nice DW. My drums are like my paintball guns - I enjoy them immenesly and thus won't hesitate to splurge.
