Well, I drink 1 gallon. Its a workout in itself. When I only get to workout once a week, I can be in the gym upwards of 3 hours. But usually just an hour and half, 3-4 times a week. Supposedly, if you drink a gallon of water each day, it is more than sufficient and will help force the waste from your body, thus causing you to lose wieght. Then you increase your protien intake and you start bulking up on the muscle.Comment

I dont take Creatine. I just drink a lot of protein and I flush out all the extra stuff out of my kidneys and liver.
