try drinking more at home not just when you workout. Also try cutting pop out of your diet

Like remington said, why not just use a gallon water jug? A polyester cover seems a little...lame. Oh, and dont use an actual milk jug, because you can never quite get the smell taste.

Well, I drink 1 gallon. Its a workout in itself. When I only get to workout once a week, I can be in the gym upwards of 3 hours. But usually just an hour and half, 3-4 times a week. After I do a set I usually spend 15 seconds to drink as much water a possible.

I drink a lot, because I don't get sore the day after if I drink a lot of water and get a lot of protein.

Nah, polyester covers are the bomb, all the hardcore lifters have them.

I don't drink that much soda because I heard it causes cancer, but then again what doesn't these days.

Supposedly, if you drink a gallon of water each day, it is more than sufficient and will help force the waste from your body, thus causing you to lose wieght. Then you increase your protien intake and you start bulking up on the muscle.

it also helps you pass drug tests.

                    A. you dont need a gallon of water over the course of a workout. B. same as A... what are you thinking? Maybe you're taking a creatine suppliment... some people experience the side effects of a diuretic while using creatine. silly consumers.

come to think of it, not one person here seems to have the foggiest idea of adequate water consumption rates... where did you all get this info, it ludicris... pass drug tests? force waste from the body? come on, rumors at best.

a liter per hour under severe physical stress in the hottest of climates is all that is needed. and if you're able to actually ingest that ammount of water you'll completely wipe all the electrolytes from your system and crash big time. brain wont funtion and neither will your muscles.

I dont take Creatine. I just drink a lot of protein and I flush out all the extra stuff out of my kidneys and liver. Even though its "safe" to get 200+grams of protein for 6 meals a day, I still believe that its dangerous for your health.

You must be so smart because you live in California, Calimagfan. Drinking 1 gallon of water a day has no negative effect on your health.

I don't have any idea why no one wants to help me out. This is a hobby of mine and I just want some help.

Thanks for nothing. Just kidding. But this thread isn't helping me out.

whats the point of having a cover for a water bottle? The ones you have seen are probably home made.
